I had to whip my computer, lose all of my information and install another anti-virus program. The advice they gave me did not work and when i reported that it did not work their next email with new advice had identical instructions! They completely disregarded what i was telling them. They don't even wait to see if the advice they send you to clean your computer works. And their email service took 30+ hours for a reply. The infections got so bad on my computer that I was unable to load windows, thats bad!!! And where as Bitdefender customer service? Well, their phone service was absent because I called multiple times with no repy, their automated service asked for me to leave a message at 2p.m.

I had more trojans and worms infecting my system after i installed this then when I had the free trial of Norton. General: Not only did it fail to stop trojans, worms and spyware from enetering and infecting my system but my requests for help were left mostly ignored. I'm not exactly sure what you were trying to say there, but I think, ultimately, you were trying to slam the person for obtaining malware on their pc while slamming them for not knowing anything because of it. While BitDefender 2010 is quite a bit lighter on resources than the previous BEHEMOTH versions, it does fall quite short.

In fact the only thing i have ever seen it do wrong is catching false-positives (files that are not viruses but have virus like coding).
